1. I want to share my experience. In the last month, due to some illness, my doctor advised me to get the blood test done. Surprisingly, the report was showing moderately high level of sugar both fasting & post lunch. I never had any such indications during my previous regular health check-ups. I was worried and before going for medication, I contacted Ms. Archana Rairikar, Diabetic Educator & dietician. I knew that she suggests tailor made dietary plan for every individual. I consulted her and she gave me a complete diet chart. She advised me not to take any tension and live bindhast. She assured me that the results will be normal within a very less time if I strictly follow the diet suggested by her. I fully followed the diet and within 10 days I got my blood sample checked again and I was very happy to find that the results have become normal. I will continue the plan given by her for 3 months as suggested. It has given me great relief and I am really thankful to her. Thank you once again dear.


2. I did keto diet for two months and I can say that not only was it effective but the inch loss that I acquired was long lasting.. diet was fulfilling and i never felt hungry.. being a sweet tooth i guess it was hard.. but that kind of sacrifice you must make considering the bigger picture. Overall I was totally satisfied with the results. I would definitely recommend it to others!


3. माझे वय ४३ वर्षे आहे, मागील २१ वर्षापासून संगणक क्षेत्रामध्ये विविध पदावर काम करत आहे. त्यामध्ये प्रामुख्याने बैठे काम करत असतो. पर्यायाने शारीरिक हालचाली मर्यादित होत असतात. आणि त्यामुळे सतत खूप कामात आहे, माझ्याकडे वेळ नाही असे समजून स्वतः कडे नकळत दुर्लक्ष केले जात होते. डॉ. पराग वस्ते यांना माझी तपासणी करण्यासाठी मार्च २०१६ मध्ये स्वयंस्फुर्तीने भेटलो. त्यांनी आवश्यक तपासण्या करण्यास सांगितल्या आणि बहुतेक तपासणीचे report नॉर्मल होते पण माझे वजन मात्र चिंतेचा विषय होता. कारण या काळात माझे वजन १०० किलो वरून १०२ झाले होते. शेवटी जाने २०१७ मध्ये त्यांनी आहार तज्ञांचा सल्ला घेण्यास सांगितले आणि वजन कमी करून एक वर्षांनी भेटा असे सुचविले. त्यावेळी,सातारा येथील माझे मित्र डॉ. सुखदेव आपटे याच्याशी चर्चा केली आणि त्यांनी मला डॉ. अर्चना रायरीकर यांना भेटण्यास सांगितले. १७ फेब्रु २०१७ ला, मी पहिल्यांदा डॉ. रायरीकर यांना कोथरूड येथील गिरीजा हॉस्पिटल येथे भेटलो. त्यांनी आवश्यक त्या नोंदी करून, माझ्या सध्याच्या आहाराविषयी त्यांनी समजून घेतले आणि पहिले वाक्य बोलल्या की, मी अगदी योग्य काळात dieting करण्यास सुरुवात करत आहे आणि ७-८ महिन्यामध्ये माझे वजन आटोक्यात येईल अशी खात्री देवून माझ्या मनाची तयारी केली. आणि त्यामुळे एकदमच डायटिंग विषयी एक वेगळाच विश्वास व उत्साह माझ्या मनामध्ये निर्माण झाला. त्यांनी माझ्यासाठी ८०KG पर्यंत वजन कमी करण्याचे उद्दिष्ट दिले. डायटिंग म्हणजे फक्त खाण्यातील बदल नसून खालीत खालील महत्त्वाच्या बाबींचा समावेश असतो, हे आज पर्यंत समजले.
1. स्वत:च्या मनाचा निग्रह, तज्ञावर विश्वास, कुटुंबियांची व मित्रांची साथ
2. शिस्तबद्ध नियोजीत आहार (उपाशी न राहता)
3. स्थानिक परिसरात निर्मित केलेला व सहज उपलब्ध असणारा आहार
4. योग्य दिनचर्या
त्याच दिवसापासून त्यांनी सुचविलेला आहार नियमित घ्यायला सरुवात केली. सुरुवातीचे काही दिवस थोडे अवघड वाटले पण त्याची सवय झाली. मार्च १७ मध्ये वजनामध्ये अपेक्षित बदल झाला आणि डॉ. रायरीकर यांच्या डायटिंग पद्धत्तीची खात्री पटली. मग घरी weighing scale विकत घेतले आणि अधून मधून त्याच्या नोंदी Google Fit या mobile app मध्ये करायला सुरुवात केली आणि असे लक्षात आले कि दररोज जवळजवळ १००gm पर्यत वजन कमी होत होते. आज ऑक्टोबर २०१७ मध्ये माझे वजन ७७KG झाले आहे, जवळजवळ २५ किलो वजन कमी करू शकलो ते फक्त डॉ. रायरीकरांच्या सल्ल्यामुळेच. सध्या खूप energetic feel होते, रोग प्रतिकारक शक्तीपण वाढली आहे, flexibility खूप वाढल्यासारखे आता जाणवते. आणि सर्वात महत्वाचे म्हणजे डायटिंग साठी मी काही खाद्य पदार्थ खात नाही त्यामुळे आपण खूप मोठा त्याग वगैरे करतो असे कधीच मनात येत नाही, आणि ते खाण्याची इच्छा पण होत नाही. उलट, बदललेली जीवन शैलीच खूप छान वाटते आणि याचा कोणताच side effect जाणवत नाही. बऱ्याच मित्रांना, शेजाऱ्यांना, नातेवाईक यांना माझ्या प्रगती वरून वजन कमी करण्याची प्रेरणा मिळाली आहे, याचे विशेष समाधान वाटते. त्यामुळे डॉ. अर्चना रायरीकरांना यांच्या अभ्यासपूर्ण, personalized, wholesome, तणाव विरहीत dieting guidance साठी मनापासून धन्यवाद देवू इच्छितो आणि सर्वांना असे सांगावसे वाटते कि, वेळीच त्यांच्या सारख्या योग्य आहार तज्ञाचा सल्ला घेवून आजकालच्या स्पर्धेच्या युगात आपुली जीवन शैली बदलून निरोगी आयुष्य जगणे सहज शक्य करू या.

4. I was doing keto diet for last 3 months and the results are excellent. I lost around 13 kg in this diet. It was very well balanced diet and I didn't get any complecation during the diet. Dr. Archana Rairikar gave very detailed diet which was very good and she explained each and every thing properly so that it was easy for me to play around the ingredients to prepare diet food dishes. I didn't feel any weakness during diet and I was quite fresh. Overall It was very useful diet for. My uric acid level was high but with 15days of detox diet and ayurvedic medicine it was under control and it didn't increase during diet.

5. "30% Gym and 70% diet... Abs are made in the Kitchen and not in Gym" - Whoever said is damn right. In past, I just use to blindly believe it but now I can assure you because I have experienced it. Well, it all started with an aim to achieve a target, to shred and to do something that was just on mind, paper since years... Keto Diet. So it began with a search for a good dietician because workout was in my normal day-to-day routine but the missing part was a balanced diet. Multiple sources provided me various contacts. Some with reputed names, some tagged to renowned Gyms, some with high technologies (online consulting) and some with people's experiences. Trust me, all these contacts were appearing, 'Business Deals' and not personal consultations so I decided to google it on my own. Here is where, I came across, Mrs. Archana Rairikar (Dietician) and the approach to trust on my search, her profile and follow it, has definitely worked. Because I was clear about my expected diet plan, Keto diet, before appointment itself she gave me a list of prerequisite Tests to be conducted (none other Dietician, friend or posts never mentioned - impressed me). Later, it started with good short term targets, (makes sense cause they become achievable) and a very well defined, options based, BALANCED NATURAL DIET. The best part of her diet is its more focused on Natural sources and balanced. None of my friends who did Keto had ever mention about or took Flax, Jeera, Sunflower, Pumpkin seeds etc in their diet. They all took tablets or artificial items. I just love this part of her diet because these natural sources are not only giving you expected nutrients but can be consumed for lifetime (non-boring) as NO Side effects. My kid just loves, Sunflower and Pumpkin seeds.. :). At start, I was like 88kgs, with 25% body fat and machine predicted age of 48 years though am 'just' 35 years old. But after following Dr. Archana Rairikar's natural items based diet for approximately 2 months, I am now at my best, 74kgs (14kgs of just Fat loss), 16% fat, predicted age of 35, but looking like an 25 years old or even less ;) and fit like an fitest. Yes there are few things to list here:
1) Follow Dr. Archana's diet strictly and don't cheat yourself. Not even ONCE.
2) Do a 'Gym' Workout (Cardio + weight training) it helps achieve your results quickly, with strength.
I know am writing too much and its so lengthy now but trust me there are still so many specialities not mentioned about Dr. Archana and her consultations. I am personally very 'THANKFUL' to her for the Best consultation she gave and also want to appreciate her focus on Natural, Options based, detailed diet suggestions.

6. I am 45 yrs old . In last 3 to 4 years I have put on weight. I had started walking but they also not regular,started yoga for 2 years.In normal routine checkup BP was there so Doctor started tablets. I was not serious about walking and exercise. Eating was normal.I don't like to eat sweets so I was not taking them. Then I met my friend last year, her health was good and her husband had also lost weight. I just enquired her what she did. From her I came to know about Dr.Archana Rairikar. Then I met her she checked me, took all my information. Then she started telling me what to do and not what not, what to eat etc. When she was discussing I was making faces because I have to do those things and eat what I don't eat...Some new things. 7. It's been a long time that we have been working together as I love you and happy to have you around. I would like to thank you for everything you have done for me as my Dietician she has always considered my health first and time the last I am a model and actor by profession and I have targets and I would never have achieved without your help you are so calm and whatever diet you give me you always make me understand the importance of the diet and make sure there are no side effects. I had my shoot in 2 months and you said we can do it together I recommend everyone to have the best dietician like you and a friend too I am not going anywhere without you because it feels like I have best dietician in pune I lost 12 kgs in 2 months I am healthy person because of you and I am going to be your client forever you always have Time for me and that matters a lot the best part you always have a solution you will never say you cannot do its the best part about her, she is the meaning of health and I am looking forward to meet you again. I wanted to lose weight and used to exercise regularly for the same but never gave a serious thought about diet And then there was a turning point of my life I had heard of Ketogenic diet from my gym going brother but was never ready to do so as I am a vegetarian person. My dietician and zumba trainer turned a very good friend told me she has been doing keto since 1998 and gave me a plan which I followed.
- I ve lost 18 In 5 months
- I am feeling fresher, lighter and healthier
- My skin tone has improved
- No side effects
- It's now much lighter to do zumba routine
- Now daily I m getting compliments
Thanks to Archana Rairikar who made it easy and thanks to her keto chapati ata, keto chakli, shev and biscuits. Few more kilos to go. I am very positive that I will reach my Goal. Thanks to my bro Vidish Paradkar who helped me in preparing tasty dishes.
